Britt Oberholtzer is the founder and President of Innovative Plumbing Contractors. With over 40 years of experience in construction management, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Before his time at Innovative Plumbing, Britt served as Construction Manager, Vice President of operations, and several other roles leading teams of up to 400 employees and overseeing projects valued between $500,000 and $45 million. He excelled in streamlining operations, managing logistics, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering collaboration between field and shop teams.

Committed to giving back, he has participated in initiatives like Christmas in April, implemented apprenticeship programs in correctional facilities, and supported job fairs for individuals transitioning from incarceration.
